Taken this morning on one of the new feeding logs I got four of these which visit the garden daily about 5 times a day, usually quiet shy but think these are getting used to me. This branch is in similar position to the old feeder with the lap fencing as the background roll on next year for my plants to grow up it!!

That is one gorgeous shot Skye. I know there has been talk of the lines of the fence showing but I would give anything to get a shot as good as this with a chessboard in the background lol Lovely shot made special by the pose and the seed in it's mouth.
You should be getting published Skye, these are certainly up there with the shots in bird spotting and wildlife magazines. --------------------  |

I got two on Marwell Zoos ID chart taken with the 5600 believe it or not still love that little camera. I am going to start uploading now to bird guide websites without frames and see what happens worth a bash innit as they say lol

DEFO worth a bash  Good Luck  Smashing Picture to. I think I prefer these birds to a good old robin  -------------------- I have often thought that if photography were difficult in the true sense of the term -- meaning that the creation of a simple photograph would entail as much time and effort as the production of a good watercolor or etching -- there would be a vast improvement in total output. The sheer ease with which we can produce a superficial image often leads to creative disaster.
